The cottage has a wealth of charm and character with many original features and exposed beams throughout. It spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

On the ground floor is a large entrance hall with stone walls and tiled floors leading to a large twin bedroom with pine furniture and cottage style bed linen and accessories. There is a bathroom and separate wc just across the hallway, making this bedroom ideal for people who find stairs a bit of a challenge.

The hallway leads to the fitted kitchen that is very well equipped and has a large farmhouse style table and chairs for 6 people. Patio doors lead to the terrace and garden.

The garage/utility room is also accessible from the hallway and there you will find a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The wooden stairs in the hallway lead to a large landing area with a sofa, and leading off the landing you will find two very large and once again very beautifully furnished double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen leads to a very comfortable, cosy lounge. It has a stone fireplace and a log burner which makes the cottage perfect for use all year round. There is a satellite tv, dvd/cd player.

To the rear of the cottage is the garden, which is enclosed and therefore ideal for children. There is a large patio area with a large built in BBQ and garden furniture. The garden has several fruit trees providing dappled shade for those hot summer months. There is off road parking with wooden gates.

A cot, highchair, modern push-chair and sterilizing equipment are available FOC.
